- Access to Customer Support - Customers with a support agreement can contact Customer Support 24 hours a day/365 days a year. Calls received during normal business hours are handled on a no charge basis. Calls received outside of the normal business hours may be billed at a reduced rate.
- Problem "Fixes" - Customer reported program errors, once verified and recreated by V&A, will be remedied and/or the customer will be given a circumvention by V&A at no charge. On request, V&A will also assist in correcting 3rd party software on a billable basis.

- System Enhancements - The customer shall receive, when available, new programs compatable with V&A's "base" systems, embodying additional features and functions not currently available in current systems.
- Program Updates - The customer shall receive, when avaliable, an updated version of existing "base" system program(s) providing new features, functions and capabilities within the licensed system.
